File Your Claim
Our office prepares the claim package: photo evidence, damage scope, material specifications, and repair estimate in Xactimate format. We file with your carrier and track the claim through to adjuster assignment.
On-Site Adjuster Visit
Ganado Roofing & Maintenance sends an inspector to every adjuster meeting. We make sure nothing gets overlooked and that the scope of work covers all damage, not just the most visible areas. If the estimate comes in low, we supplement.
Repair or Replace
Once approved, our Ganado crew handles the repair or replacement at the insurance-agreed price. You pay your deductible. We do the work, file the completion paperwork, and you're done.
